About KEZZO

Somebody has to own the whole revenue journey.

High-value healthcare practices often have separate companies or staff responsible for advertising, lead handling, scheduling, CRM, follow-up and reporting — but nobody owns the complete economic outcome. KEZZO exists to close that gap.

We combine revenue operations, AI, automation, patient communication, acquisition, attribution and specialty-specific intelligence into one Revenue Operating System.

We are launching with Full Arch implant dentistry and plastic surgery: two specialties where a single patient decision carries meaningful economic value and revenue leakage is highly measurable. One Revenue OS sits underneath both.

Diagnosis first

Every engagement starts by finding the real constraint — not by selling a default service.

Operated, not just automated

Software executes where it is reliable. People own judgment, trust, and escalation.

The workflow is the product

Practices buy an operated revenue system — not tools, agents, or dashboards.

Revenue, not leads

We measure from source to treatment start and revenue — not just cost per lead.

Deliberate specialization

We are launching with exactly two specialties: Full Arch implant dentistry and plastic surgery.

Memory is the moat

Revenue Memory compounds with every documented outcome.

KEZZO is application-only. We engage where the economics, opportunity, and operating capacity justify the work. Clinical decisions always remain with the practice and its licensed providers.

Founder

Jeff Smith

Founder & CEO

Jeff Smith founded Kezzo after more than two decades of building, selling, and operating businesses where growth depended on turning opportunity into revenue.

Across those businesses, Jeff saw both sides of the revenue problem. Businesses could spend heavily to generate leads that looked good in marketing reports but were weak opportunities once the sales team engaged them. And even strong opportunities could be lost through slow response, inconsistent follow-up, weak handoffs, poor visibility, and unclear ownership.

Kezzo was built around a broader belief: lead quality and follow-up quality should be judged by what happens downstream. Kezzo is launching with Full Arch implant dentistry and plastic surgery: two specialties where a single patient decision carries meaningful economic value.

Jeff's background in high-value sales, sales leadership, customer acquisition, CRM systems, negotiation, and business operations shapes Kezzo's approach: disciplined execution, intelligent technology, and human judgment where trust matters.

Before you buy another lead, know what your revenue system actually needs.

KEZZO will help determine whether the highest-value next move is recovering existing opportunity, improving the live pipeline, increasing qualified demand — or doing several at once.

KEZZO is selective. We engage where the economics, opportunity and operating capacity justify the work.
