Kezzo provides non-clinical revenue operations and patient communication support to healthcare practices. This page summarizes how we handle information while final policy language is being completed.

Information we handle

We handle business contact information submitted through our forms, and we work inside client systems (such as a practice CRM or practice management system) on records the practice owns, under controlled access and practice-approved workflows.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver the services a practice engages us for, to communicate about those services, and to maintain reporting on outcomes.

Patient information

Patient contact takes place only within the eligible cohort and approved communication channels defined with the practice. Patients who have opted out, require clinical review, or otherwise fall outside the approved workflow are excluded. Clinical questions are escalated back to the practice.

Data ownership

Practice and patient records remain the property of the practice. Access is limited to personnel who need it to deliver the engagement and is revoked when an engagement ends.
